Elizabeth Frazee

Co-Founder and CEO

Named a “Top Lobbyist” by The Hill newspaper, Elizabeth has a 30-year career in Washington.  She worked for over a decade in senior positions on Capitol Hill, spent years as an executive, leading government relations for tech and entertainment companies, and since 2003 has consulted for companies, trade associations and non-profits.  

Elizabeth is an expert at managing issue campaigns and running industry coalitions.  She delivers results for her clients by combining a thorough understanding of policy, communications, and politics with an impressive network of relationships.                                                                     

After working for her home state Senator from North Carolina, she served as press secretary for the House Energy and Commerce Committee. An attorney, Elizabeth completed her congressional service running the legislative office of Representative Bob Goodlatte.

Once in the private sector, Elizabeth was director of government relations at the Walt Disney Company.  She joined AOL in the late 90’s as vice president of public policy and ran its Congressional team. While at AOL she served on the front lines of Internet policy debates and helped navigate the company’s merger with Time Warner.  In 2003 she left AOL-Time Warner to build a private lobbying practice which became TwinLogic Strategies in 2009.  

Elizabeth earned her law degree from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, while working full-time for Congress. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
